About Us
We’re Ariana and Emma — best friends, Cape Cod locals, and the team behind Coastal Party Company. We were both raised on the Cape and know all the hidden-gem spots for beach picnics, proposals, and celebration meals. On any given weekend, you’ll find us bringing thoughtfully designed celebrations to clients across Cape Cod, the South Shore, Greater Boston, Newport, and beyond.

Ariana
Ariana lives in Boston with her husband, Zachary, and their two pups — Ziggy the Frenchie and Bowser the bulldog. She’s a full-time school administrator and part-time chaos coordinator who brings her planning brain and calm-under-pressure energy to every event. She’s known for her attention to detail, her love of a clean setup, and her firm belief that food and/or snack breaks are a non-negotiable part of any long install day. (Don’t ask her to remember anything unless it’s written down!)

Emma
Emma lives on the South Shore with her husband (also named Zack!) and their chocolate lab, Alice. With a background in software and business administration, she helps keep Coastal Party Company running smoothly. Emma thrives on spreadsheets, to-do lists, and packing lists — and is the one making new friends at every install and keeping things moving on schedule. She’s creative, cool and calm under pressure, runs on Dunkin’ (before and after events), and if a return needs to be made... she lets Ariana handle it.
Together, we bring different strengths to the table — from timeline management and design planning to logistics, organization, and on-the-fly problem solving. Whether we’re stocking an Airbnb fridge or reworking centerpieces the night before a party, we take pride in getting the details just right and making the process feel as easy and stress-free as possible for our clients.
We couldn’t do this without our husbands/helpers: Zach & Zack. They've supported this business every step of the way and have somehow tolerated the nonstop stream of party supplies flooding our homes. They’re our carpenters, heavy lifters, delivery drivers, and emotional support crew during event-packed weekends. We’re incredibly grateful for them.
Our Team
Our floral expert and best friend, Jessica, frequently assists with events, bringing our floral visions to life. She’s a wizard with pruners and foam, and when she’s not saving lives as a Physician Assistant, she’s down to assist with our last-minute requests, no matter how chaotic the timeline.
Our events have taken us to beach houses, historic cottages, hotels and resorts, offices, and backyards. We’ve decorated for everything from surprise proposals and bachelorettes to fundraisers and retirement celebrations. If you’re looking for help pulling off something special — big or small — we’d love to work with you!
